Conclusion

Entrepreneur is the individual who develop an enterprise and a person who run the business. A person who owns one or more entrepreneur traits has the ability to become a successful entrepreneur. For example, those who have moral and tell the truth to the customers are the entrepreneurs who have the integrity trait.
The entrepreneurial trait is not the only way to determine the success of an entrepreneur but it is also highly needed and applied to operate the business. It is not necessary for all the entrepreneurs to have all the entrepreneurial traits to be successful entrepreneurs. Through this assignment, we found that there are many entrepreneurs who perform different entrepreneurial traits in their businesses. For example, Larry Page as the co-founder of Google possesses the initiative trait and the founder of Microsoft Corporation, Bill Gates practices the decisive trait very well.
Nevertheless, out of so many entrepreneurs that practice more than one entrepreneurial trait, we have chosen Jack Ma as our subject of study. We found that Jack Ma appears to have own more than one entrepreneurial trait which are foresight, decisive, ethical consciousness, ability to learn from mistake and initiative. Throughout this study we found that Jack Ma had gone through a lot of failures before he becomes a successful entrepreneur that we know now.
Lastly, becoming an entrepreneur is not an impossible dream, as the Jedi Master, Yoda said that “Do. Or do not. There is no try.” The key is to getting start and the CEO of Evernote, Phil Libin had said, “There are lots of bad reasons to start a company. But there’s only one good, legitimate reason, and I think you know what it is: it’s to change the world.” Becoming an entrepreneur is also about a small step to change the world.
